High Speed Copper Wire Planetary Stranding Machine For Cable Making
1. Usage
This machine is mainly used for stranding Cu, Al conductor, ACSR and core of insulation cable etc. It’s also can be used for Cu wires screening.
2. Main Characters
2.1 Back-twist method : planetary mechanism.
2.2 The non-axle thimble twisting cage is equipped with mechanism friction tension control.
2.3 The transmission shafts link all the machine parts together to keep stable stranding pitch, which can also be chosen frequency synchronization to control the machine.
2.4 The machine is widely used, and manipulated conveniently with low-noise.

Pay-off stand, cage, wire die holder, non-metal taping device, meter counter, haul-off device, take up with traverse, transmission system, electrical control system and safety fencing

Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 2006. Our company is located in the Economic Development Zone of Hejian City, Hebei Province, has been the largest professional manufacturer for wire stranding machine and laying-up machine in North China.
Since 2006, relying on the care and support of our customers, Baohong Machinery has been devoted to the research and development of wire stranding machine and laying-up machine and has made great improvement. Now we have become the only one factory who can develop the production of the JLK rigid stranding machine series to be an assembly line processing in China, and we also have independently developed the JGB Bow skip stranding lines, the CGB Bow skip type cabling lines and the CLY High speed Cradle type Laying-up lines.
Now, Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd., covers an area of 10000 square meters, production workshop 8000 square meters. Our company has 60 employees, including 10 R & D staffs.
